TEAMBUILDING TRAINING
during which the participants are provided with a number of options for developing interaction skills. Here a special attention is paid to the personal differences and the group obtains a general rich and useful experience.

The DRUM CIRCLE laws are similar to the laws regulating the successful business team operations. Each participant has his/her own instrument — one has to add his/her own rhythm to the musical theme without disrupting the general sound. When all of the instruments are gathered they become an impressive ensemble — a single team united with the general rhythm. In here it is much easier to realize the idea of partnership and cooperation when each participant makes a unique contribution to the common cause.

During the training each participant shall have an opportunity to get fully distracted from the everyday activities, relieve the psychological pressure, enhance the concentration and clarity of mind.
P R O C E S S
Every participant gets a portable drum.
The game starts with the simple and comprehensible rhythm.
In the center of a circle stands a who contributes to the creation of a friendly environment and playing the music together.
During the program the participants have a chance to get acquainted with various musical instruments (shakers, tambourines, triangles, maracas, cowbells, wood-blocks and together) with the coach play different musical exercises meant to teach people to listen to and understand each other.

Denys and Anna kicked our new year off in style, our members thoroughly enjoyed the session.
We've held all kinds of events and activities but music is a firm favourite, everyone had a drum so fully participated - following all of the instructions given - quiet and loud!
The quiet reflective session at the end also hit the mark.
We are a mixed group and everyone was included and encouraged.

Many thanks to Denis from the dancers of the ballroom dance club Diamond Elite! The dancers' eyes lit up, they began to distinguish musical instruments in melodies and this was reflected in their dance! Discovered the inner rhythm, new energies! I really liked Denis's approach to the task, the depth and professionalism!

Yesterday at the Family Club it was hot TAKA TAKA BOOM BOOM to African rhythms! There was a Wellness drumming party!
Denys Davidyuk is a holy man with iron nerves, he taught us to play various percussion instruments and create powerful rhythms with the help of djemba and darbuka, bongs and tambourines, shakers and cowbells!
We acquired new skills, discovered our musical talents, and released creative energy. Thank you, it was unforgettable!
